All enterprise IT services (e.g. Single Sign On, Banner, DegreeWorks, TouchNet, Infosilem, Webmail, Canvas, etc) will be unavailable.
All research IT services will be unavailable remotely. During the maintenance period active remote (off campus) logins to Lochness will be interrupted, new connections to Lochness will not be possible. On-Campus connectivity to Lochness will not be impacted, nor will any Lochness jobs be affected beyond those connecting from off campus. Will access to other servers/clusters be available? We say All Research IT and then only talk about Lochness…
This maintenance is being performed to upgrade hardware, software, improve security and network reliability as part of our FY23/FY24 Digital Strategy Initiatives.
