Prefer in-person assistance?  Visit us at one of our locations:

  • IST Service Desk:  Located on the first floor of the Van Houten Library. 
    • Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  • PC Support Center: Located in the Student PC Mall, underneath the Summit St. Parking Deck.
    •  Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (hardware & software support).
