Minitab Installation Instructions - Mac OS

Step1: Download Minitab , from the IST software download website and copy content from .dmg file to your Desktop.

Step 2: The license file is included. If you need a new license file download Minitab License file from the IST software download website and save it to your Desktop.

Step 3: Make sure that the Minitab installation file and license file are in the same directory or Desktop. After the installation don't delete or move to a different location the Minitab license file.

Start 4: Start Installation: 

​1. Launch the Minitab installation file downloaded to your computer. 

2. Click Continue.

3. Read and accept the terms of the license agreement and click Next.

4. After reading the license, click on Agree.

5. Choose to Activate with a license if you are asked and click Continue.

6. Choose File and select the license file location.

7. The default destination folder is specified in the image below. You can change this location if necessary. Click the Next button.

8. Click Install. It will take a moment to install the software. When ready, click the Close button.

9. If your installation file had a new license file you are ready to go!
