Creating a Bookmark for Webmail by Google
Please select your browser:
Internet Explorer (Before you start, make sure you have a bookmark already created. Go to any web page and click the Star button in the top right corner of the window and click the Add to favorites button.)
1. In Internet Explorer, open the Favorites Pane by clicking the Star button in the top right corner of the window. Right click the bookmark you wish to edit and click Properties. (If you wish to rename the bookmark to reflect Webmail by Google, you can select the Rename option first before you go into the properties menu.)
2. In the URL: field, make sure it says: http://webmail.njit.edu/ and click the OK button (Please note the httpS when typing into the URL field). You are now finished.
1. Click the Wrench icon in the top right of the window.
2. Hover over the Bookmarks option and select Bookmark manager.
3. Right click in the bookmark manager and select Add page.
4. Enter the name of bookmark (i.e., Webmail by Google) and in the address section, enter http://webmail.njit.edu/ (Please note the httpS when typing into the URL field). You are now finished.
