Computing labs are centrally managed and can be accessed by anyone with an NJITDM account. Each computer lab has access to laser printers, including a color printer in the Student Mall lab.

Software Installation Requests
Software requested must be currently owned by NJIT and licensed for use in an NJIT computing lab, and there must be sufficient license seats available to install it in the lab(s) requested.
Requests for software installation are submitted to the IST Service Desk at 973-596-2900.

Reporting a Problem
If you find a problem with any workstation or computing device in the lab, please inform the Lab Assistant. If the Lab Assistant is unavailable, please report the problem the IST Service Desk (servicedesk.njit.edu).
