Starting July 1, 2021 calls to the IST Service Desk will be answered by staff who are on-campus.
Based on your feedback, a decision has been made to not renew our current call center contract.
During the summer, walk-up and phone support will be available Monday-Friday from 8 am - 6 pm. These hours will be expanded in the fall. In addition, we are working to identify a partner who will take calls during the evenings and weekends.

The IST Service Desk should be the first point of contact for any technology-related questions or problems. If the IST Service Desk is unable to answer a question or resolve a problem it will be escalated to the appropriate team for assistance.
