After you are authorized follow instructions below to download the software.

Make sure you are logged into your computer with an account that has Administrative privileges.

Your new password must have at least 8 characters (mix of lower/uppercase) and include a number and a symbol. It cannot match your username or any previous Adobe passwords.

3. Once you successfully created your account you will see the following screen.

At this point a Technology Support Center team member must assign you to the faculty or staff group. This can take 1 to 2 business days.

5. This will take you to the Adobe Creative Cloud web page.  At the top of the page select Sign in and use your NJIT email address (Adobe ID) and the password you created for Adobe.

6. Once you signed in you can download any application in the Creative Cloud Suite.

7. Once you selected an application to install (in our case we selected Acrobat Pro DC) you will be prompted to install the Creative Cloud application. This is a combination downloader and installer. Click Run or Save depending on your browser and click Yes when prompted to install this application.

8. The Adobe installer will go through the following steps:

When completed you will see following icon on your desktop.

9. If you are not already signed in when the application completes you will be prompted to Sign in.

10. Once the installation completes you will see the following screen, Click Continue.

11. At this point the application you selected will start downloading and installing. The time can vary depending on which and how many applications you selected.

12. When the application has completely downloaded and installed it will open automatically. If additional applications are needed this is done from within the Adobe Creative Cloud application from the Apps panel as seen below. Click Install to add any additional applications.

For future installations the Adobe Creative Cloud application can be accessed from the Desktop shortcut, All Programs menu or the system tray.
