YES. In order to get listed in the Campus Directory, you must have a UCID. A Mailhost e-mail address is given to you by default with the creation of a UCID. Therefore, when someone searches for your contact information, they will find your default e-mail address which is yourUCID@njit.edu.
You will not have to check your ADM e-mail and your Mailhost e-mail seperately. You can have all e-mail sent to your Mailhost e-mail address automatically forwarded to your ADM mailbox. Mail forwarding instructions.

Please be advised that your " yourUCID" mailbox on mailhost.njit.edu is over quota.

You can reduce your usage by deleting messages and/or downloading them to a personal computer. Check your "sent" and/or "sent-mail" folders for unnecessary copies of messages. Be sure to purge (or "expunge" or "clear deleted items") from your deleted items folder (also called "trash"). See http://mailhost.njit.edu/faq/index.html sections 19 to 22 for more info.
Contact our HelpDesk at 973-596-2900 or http://help.njit.edu/ if you require assistance. We cannot accept requests for increased quota on student's mailboxes due to resource constraints.
Your mailbox quota is 48 (kb) bytes. Your current usage is 25528 (kb) bytes or 53183% capacity.
