The IST HelpDesk is the central hub for all information related to computing technologies at NJIT. This includes being the first point of contact for those with computing questions or problems. The friendly staff is available to answer your questions from 8am to 7pm EST Monday through Friday.
If you have an issue or question that can not be resolved at first contact, your information will be logged and you will be issued an incident number. Your incident will be then be escalated to one of a number of groups who will work with you to resolve your issue.

Note: IST Helpdesk hours vary outside of the regular Fall and Spring semesters. During the Summer Intercession, the HelpDesk will be closed on Fridays.
