IST Service Desk

The IST Service Desk is the central hub for all things related to computing technologies at NJIT.  This includes being the first point of contact for those with computing questions or problems. (more info)

Repairs & Maintenance

The Computer Maintenance Facility (CMF) group within the Technology Support Center is the computer repair center for NJIT. Most NJIT-owned personal computers and peripherals are maintained by CMF. (more info)

Teaching, Learning, and Technology

The goal of the Teaching, Learning, and Technology (TLT) group is to improve the quality and accessibility of education at NJIT through the appropriate use of technology and innovating teaching. Year-round workshops and faculty institutes are offered to provide software and systems training. Through demonstrations, faculty can review products and ideas to be adapted into the classroom. TLT also offers the opportunity for instructors to come together to share ideas, problems, and solutions. (more info)
