Click here for more information about labels.

Some procedures are different when using message labels:

  • You will not be able to drag messages from label to label as you were able to do in Outlook with folders, but you can drag a message to a label.
  • The Inbox label does not have sub-labels. If you had subfolders under Inbox before migration, they will be listed in the form "Inbox/sub-label" and will be sorted individually.
  • If your labels are in the format "Label/sub-label," you will have to rename and move them.
