* Freshman and transfers entering the School of Architecture and Industrial Design are required to purchase a specific desktop model and keep it in the Design studio. Students are assigned a personal desk with lockable storage space, access is available 24 hours per day during the academic semester and the machine will have access to the current NJIT licensed design tools.
Optional Notebook - III may be used as a supplemental PC in addition to the studio PC requirement. The design software licensed to NJIT is unable to be deployed to student owned laptops.
