Cisco Jabber Communication Tool

What is Jabber and why you need it?

Jabber is a comprehensive communication and collaboration tool that enables you to make and take work calls from any location, and from many devices. This means that you can make calls and answer calls to your office extension from your computer, mobile phone, or other devices, no matter where you are.

  • With Jabber, you can contact your colleagues using NJIT Directory. There is no need to memorize any numbers.
  • With Jabber, you can message or chat online with up to 100 colleagues who are logged in and are available in Jabber.
