Academic Computing Services (ACS) provides a customer-centered and responsive technology support structure for the NJIT community. Through the innovative use of information technologies, we provide primary user services consisting of:
Hardware and software maintenance and repair for desk-top and notebook computers;
Provisioning and management of student computing facilities;
A help desk / call center which resolves most issues during initial contact;
Centralized management of assistance requests through inter-departmental teamwork;
Coaching and instruction for computing systems and software applications, including scientific, mathematical, and business software applications;
In-depth support and consultation for technology related projects;
Development and publication of comprehensive documentation.
